Black Bean Corn Salsa

1 cup black beans (rinse and drained)
1 cup corn kernels (can be fresh frozen or canned)
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp fresh, chopped cilanto
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp chipotle in adobo, finely chopped

- In a medium sized bowl, combine the black beans, corn, and cilantro.
- Add the salt, black pepper, lime juice, and chipotle pepper.
- Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
