 1 cup black beans (rinse and drained)
 1 cup corn kernels (can be fresh frozen or canned)
 2 tbsp chopped onions
 1 tbsp fresh, chopped cilanto
 ¼ tsp salt
  tsp black pepper
 1 tbsp lime juice
 1 tsp chipotle in adobo, finely chopped

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the black beans, corn, and cilantro.
  2. Add the salt, black pepper, lime juice, and chipotle pepper. 
  3. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
